Product Family: SB “R-Series” Performance Boats

Purpose-built composite speed boats optimized for rapid hole-shot, high cruise efficiency, and top-end thrills. Vacuum-infused hulls, ABYC-conforming systems, Yamaha outboards only.

SB18R — 2-Seat Sprint

A pure driver’s boat for rivers, lakes, and protected bays.

Core spec

• Seating: 2 (bolstered, side-by-side; flip-up thigh support)

• LOA / Beam: ~18’2” / ~7’6”

• Hull: Pad-V, 17–19° transom deadrise, lifting strakes; vacuum-infused E-glass/vinyl ester; foam-cored deck/stringers

  • Optional: Carbon/E-glass hybrid laminate for further weight reduction

• Dry weight (target): ~1,050–1,150 lb (base)

• Fuel: 40–45 gal

• Power: Yamaha 150–175 hp (mechanical or digital, per model year)

• Performance (indicative, light load):

  • 0–30 mph: ~5–6 s

  • Top speed: mid-50s to low-60s mph (prop/jack plate dependent)

• Rigging: Hydraulic steering, jack plate ready (6”), battery aft-center for CG, standardized harness

• Use cases: Solo/duo speed runs, small-water sprinting, club time-trials

SB21R — 2-Seat Grand Tour

Longer waterline for stability at speed and rough-water composure; still a focused two-seater.

Core spec

• Seating: 2 (wide bolsters), optional rear micro-jump pads (stowable) for pit-stop use

• LOA / Beam: ~21’2” / ~8’2”

• Hull: Stepped pad-V, 20–21° deadrise; infused E-glass/vinyl ester; foam-cored

• Dry weight (target): ~1,650–1,800 lb

• Fuel: 55–60 gal

• Power: Yamaha 200–250 hp (DEC ready)

• Performance (indicative):

  • 0–30 mph: ~4.5–5.5 s

  • Top speed: high-60s to low-70s mph (setup dependent)

• Rigging: Heavy-duty hydraulic steering, 8” jack plate, dual battery w/ ACR, sea-cocked livewell ready (delete by default)

• R-Long Range: 65 gal fuel, additional sound dampening, extended windshield

• Handling Pack: SeaStar Pro helm, tie-bar ready, solid motor mounts (where applicable)
